CSAC, formerly known as Customer Service Action Centre, is a department set up in 2001, specifically to attend to buyers' enquiries and complaints.
 
     
 
The CSAC plays the role of facilitator between our valuable customers and the various departments under the Talam Group of companies to attend to their enquiries and needs in respect of the property purchased. The functions carried out by the CSAC helps to reduce the time required to attend to the needs and enquiries of our customers on defects, utility supplies and certificate of fitness. There are 25 phone lines and a time-frame of 48 hours for all complaints to be investigated.We are committed to enhancing our development so that in turn, our customers' investment will be enhanced. CSAC will be open for calls during office hours from Monday to Friday.
