Quality Audit Department
	A new department called QAD has been setup, consists of a team of experienced technical staff and building surveyors. The following measures are taken to control the quality of the construction works:   - routine surveillance of building works. - establish benchmark for workmanship and material. - inspect building to indentify defects before handing over. - inspect defect rectification work after its completion. - establish and consistently review our quality standard. - establish a system method of checking and maintenance. - consistently improve our quality management system.   QAD RESPONSIBILITY QAD will be responsible to ensure regular auditing of activities and reporting to the Project Teams the performance of the quality system for their review. QAD will also conduct site inspections of the entire projects under Talam and Europlus Group of Companies. All property development projects will be inspected to identify defects and ensure defective works are properly rectified and reinspected before handing over.
