The Company refers to the reply made on 2 December 2008 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pertaining to the query on the winding-up petition via Kuala Lumpur High Court Winding-Up Petition No. D8-21-99-08 pursuant to Section 218 of the Companies Act, 1965 ("Winding-Up Petition"), which was served on Talam Properties Sdn Bhd by Kerajaan Malaysia on 1 December 2008 and wishes to inform that the Winding-Up Petition has been withdrawn.
