We refer to our announcement dated 1 December 2008 and wish to inform that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has today granted the petition for the reduction of the share capital and share premium account of the Company which was filed in court on 6 October 2008, pending the extraction of the sealed order from the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur.

This announcement is dated 5 December 2008.
