The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be convened.
A circular containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
