Further to our announcement made on 1 April 2008 in compliance with Paragraph 3.2 of the Practice Note No. 17/2005 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Talam wishes to announce that the Proposed Revised Regularisation Plan which was submitted to the Securities Commission (“SC”) on 25 October 2007 has been approved by the SC vide SC’s letter dated 29 April 2008 (which was received on 30 April 2008) subject to terms and conditions imposed by the SC.
