Further to our announcements made on 19 April 2007, 25 April 2007 and 30 April 2007, the Company is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent in respect of the Proposed Disposal as stipulated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 19 April 2007 have been fulfilled and hence, the Company has completed the Proposed Disposal to Hospital Pantai Indah Sdn Bhd.
