We refer to our announcement on 28 June 2007 in relation to the Proposed Disposal.
We wish to inform that all the conditions precedent in the Share Sale Agreement dated 28 June 2007 in relation to the Proposed Disposal have been fulfilled.
With the completion of the Proposed Disposal, Larut Leisure Enterprise (Hong Kong) Limited shall cease as a subsidiary of Talam and become a 50% owned associate company of Talam upon the transfer of shares being effected.
