We refer to our announcement dated 25 May 2007 and wish to inform that the Restraining Order granted by Kuala Lumpur High Court on 30 May 2006 pursuant to Section 176 (10) of the Companies Act, 1965 to Maxisegar Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been extended for a period of 180 days effective from 26 December 2007 to 26 June 2008.
