Subject	:	TALAM CORPORATION BERHAD (TALAM" or "the Company") NOTICE OF FOURTH DIVIDEND PAYMENT OF THE (5)-YEAR 5% IRREDEEMABLE CONVERTIBLE PREFERENCE SHARES (“ICPS”)

Contents :

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the ICPS Transfer Books and the Register of ICPS Holders of the Company will be closed on 14 December 2007 for the determination of the dividend entitlement of 5% per annum for the period from 2 January 2007 to 1 January 2008.

The dividend will be paid on 1 January 2008 to ICPS Holders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 14 December 2007.

A depositor shall qualify for entitlement only in respect of:-

(a) ICPS transferred into depositors’ securities account before 4:00 p.m. on 14 December 2007 in respect of ordinary transfer; and

(b) ICPS bought on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on a cum entitlement basis according to the rules of the Bursa Securities.
