PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF 40% EQUITY INTEREST IN JILIN DINGTAI ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED (“Jilin Dingtai”) BY LARUT LEISURE ENTERPRISE (HONG KONG) LIMITED (“LLEHK”) AT A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF RMB45,000,000 (“Proposed Acquisition”)

We refer to the announcement dated 24 October 2007 in relation to the above matter.

We hereby furnish the following additional information as requested by the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for public release:-

1. The purchase consideration of RMB45,000,000 is equivalent to RM20,700,000 at the approximate exchange rate of RM0.46 : RMB1.00 as at 24 October 2007.

2. The basis of arriving at the purchase consideration was mutually agreed at arm's length based on the estimated current market value of the land and uncompleted building.

3. The Proposed Acquisition will be funded through bank borrowing of LLEHK.
