Civil,
Structural and M & E Engineers 
· Degree/ Diploma in Civil & Structural, M&E Engineering.
· At least 5 years of experience in relevant design discipline.
· Must be well verse with authorities' requirements.
· Hardworking, proactive, disciplined and a team player with computer knowledge in checking designs
by consultants.
· Experience with agrotechnical (for C&S Engineer) is an added advantage.
Quantity Surveyor 
· Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/ Building Technology or its equivalent
with at least 3 years working experience in construction, consultancy, tendering
and contract administration.
· Must possess good analytical, inter-personal and communication skills.
· Hard working and independent.
BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
1. Contract Manager/ Assistant Contract Manager
·
Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Technology or equivalent.
· 5 – 8 years working experience, preferably in property development, construction
and consultancy.
· Familiar with pre and post contract administration and documentation.
· Able to work independently with good leadership.
· Computer literate.
2.
Assistant Business Development Manager
· Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Town Planning, Business Development,
Building Technology or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 – 4 years of working experience in related field.
· Able to monitor Architect Certificate (billing to purchaser) and professional fees claim
by the consultants.
· Familiar with preparation of cash flow and project feasibility study.
3. Senior Contract Executive/ Contract Executive
· Degree/ Diploma/ Cert in Building Technology or similar discipline.
· 2 – 5 years experience in property development, construction and consultancy.
· Familiar with project costing and contract administration/ documentation.
· Computer literate.
CUSTOMER
SERVICE CENTRE
1. Customer Service Manager/ Executive
·
Degree/ Diploma/ STPM/ SPM with credit in Mathematics.
· Strong interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written English.
· Able to deal with all level of people.
CORPORATE
AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT
1.
Corporate Affairs Manager/ Senior Executive – Insurance Unit
·
Degree/ Diploma in Economics, Finance or Business Management.
· Strong command of English with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
· 5 – 10 years working experience preferably in insurance field for Manager’s
position and 3 – 5 years for Senior Executive/ Executive positions.
· Computer literate.
2. Credit Control Assistant
·
Diploma/ Cert/ STPM/ SPM in Business Administration or Accounting.
· 1 – 2 years relevant working experience.
CORPORATIVE PLANNING AND STRATEGY DEPARTMENT
1.
Communication Manager
·
Tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations and media.
· 2 – 4 years experience in public relations or communication services.
· Knowledge of the media industry.
· Strong writing skills for developing a variety of communications materials.
· Ability to organize and manage press tours, analyst briefings and other special events.
· Strong computer skills are required and should include MS Word and PowerPoint.

Investor Relations Manager
·
Tertiary qualifications in accounting / finance/ economics.
· 2 – 4 years experience in Financial Services, preferably Investment Analysis, with
exposure to accounting and performance reporting.
· Knowledge of the stock broking and banking industry.
· Must posses extensive financial analysis ability as well as extreme attention to
detail and proofreading ability.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently.
· Strong computer skills required and should include MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3.
Secretary
·
PSC Holder with SPM cert.
· 2 – 3 years of working experience.
· Presentable and have good interpersonal skills.
· Good command of spoken and written English.
· Computer literate.
LEASING & TRADING DEPARTMENT
1. Corporate Banking Manager/ Assistant Manager
·
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting.
· 4 – 5 years experience commercial banking, private debt securities and project financing.
· 4 – 5 in handling financial matters i.e. corporate loan and financing bonds, particularly
in bridging/ Land Cost Loans.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral & written) and a team player.
· Able to work independently, resourceful and result driven.
· Sound knowledge and excellent analytical ability and firm grasp of local property trends
and capital market.
· Computer literate.
2. Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive – Leasing
·
Degree/ Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business/ Accounting.
· 3 – 5 years experience in leasing and dealing with banking administration.
· Able to coordinate with lawyers and knowledge in legal matters.
FINANCE DIVISION
1. Senior Executive, Tax
·
Degree in Accounting or recognized professional accounting qualification. Finalist will also be considered.
· Minimum 3 years’ corporate tax experience with a major accounting firm.
· Good knowledge of Malaysian Income Tax, Indirect Tax, Promotion of Investment and RPGT
legislation.
· Able to supervise and review corporate income tax return, assist in analytical review of
transactions and interpret relevant tax legislation and its implications.
· Able to liaise with local management, tax consultants and government bodies on tax matter.
· Experience in a computerized accounting environment will be an advantage.
· Well versed in Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and posseses initiative.
· Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
2. Accounts Executive
·
Degree/ Diploma in Accountancy/ finalist ACCA, CIMA or MACPA.
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in a property or housing company.
· Familiar with computerized accounting system.
3. Accounts Assistant/ Clerk
·
LCCI or ACCA finalist.
· 1 – 2 years of working experience preferably in property or housing companies.
· Familiar with computerized accounting system.
LEGAL DEPARTMENT
1. Legal Manager/ Legal Executive
·
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related professional qualification.
· Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Sound knowledge of law and corporate issues.
· Computer literate.
· Meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Minimum 6 and 2 years working experience for Legal Manager and Legal Executive respectively.
